【摘要】 目的:讨论手部三度烧伤患者在早期接受切痂中厚皮移植手术进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择68例手部三度烧伤患者,以随机分组法,分成对照组和治疗组,每组34例。对照组采用晚期创面清创植皮术治疗;治疗组采用早期切痂中厚皮移植术治疗。结果:治疗组烧伤治疗总及格率为91.2%,对照组为67.6%(P <0.05);治疗组仅有2例术后并发症,而对照组有7例(P <0.05);创面愈合时间和住院总时间短于对照组(P <0.05);手术当天和术后5天疼痛程度VAS评分改善幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:手部三度烧伤患者在早期接受切痂中厚皮移植手术进行治疗,可减轻疼痛,加速创面恢复,减少术后并发症,提高效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate efficacy of escharectomy midst-thickness skin autograph during early stage on third-degree burns of hands. Methods: 68 cases were divided into 2 groups, 34 cases in each. The control group was given debridement dermepenthesis during late stage; and the treatment group was given escharectomy midst-thickness skin autograph during early stage. Results: The total efficiency was 91.2% in the treatment group and 67.6% in the control group(P<0.05). There were 2 cases of postoperative complications in the treatment group and 7 cases in the control group(P<0.05). The wound healing time and total hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter(P<0.05). On the day of surgery and 5 days after surgery, the VAS score of pain in the treatment group were better(P<0.05). Conclusion: Escharectomy midst-thickness skin autograph during early stage on third-degree burns of hands can relieve pain, accelerate wound recovery, reduce postoperative complications and improve results.更多还原
