【摘要】 目的:观察自制中药疏肝健脾颗粒对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:将57例UC肝郁脾虚型患者随机分为两组:治疗组29例,给予疏肝健脾颗粒口服,对照组28例,给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服。观察治疗4周后临床总有效率及对比治疗前后主要症状改善情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组为75.0%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组在改善主要临床症状方面差异具有显著性(P <0.05)。结论:对中医辨证属于肝郁脾虚型的轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者给予疏肝健脾颗粒口服可以明显提高临床有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Shugan Jianpi granules(疏肝健脾颗粒) on UC of the Ganyu Pixu symptom(肝 郁 脾 虚 型). Methods: 57 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 29 cases in the treatment group were given the Shugan Jianpi granules, and 28 cases in the control group were given sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets. Results: The clinical efficacy was 93.1% in the treatment group, and 75.0% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There were significant differences between two groups in improving the main clinical symptoms(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shugan Jianpi granules on UC of the Ganyu Pixu symptom was effective.更多还原
