【摘要】 目的:探讨皮屑I号洗剂联合采乐洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的头皮脂溢性皮炎患者65例,治疗组(30例)使用自制皮屑I号洗剂联合采乐洗剂,对照组(35例)仅使用采乐洗剂,治疗观察2周,总结比较疗效。结果:两组患者皮损症状积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01);治疗2周后,治疗组的皮损症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(96.67%VS 80%,P=0.04)。两组均未发现不良反应的患者。结论:皮屑I号联合采乐洗剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎安全有效,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effects of the Pixie Ⅰ lotion( 皮屑Ⅰ号洗剂) plus triatop lotion on SDS. Methods: 65 patients with SDS were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with the Pixie I lotion and triatop lotion; the control group was treated with triatop lotion. Results: The symptom scores of skin lesions in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01). After 2 weeks, the symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.67%, and significantly higher than 80% in the control group(P=0.04). No adverse reactions were found among patients. Conclusion: The Pixie I lotion and triatop lotion was effective and safe on SDS, and is worthy of expansion.更多还原
