【摘要】 目的 :研究龟鹿补肾丸促进卵泡发育的临床效果。方法:参与本研究的功能性无排卵患者共60例(均属脾肾阳虚型),随机分成研究组和对照组(均n=30),研究组口服龟鹿补肾丸,对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片、枸橼酸氯米芬及黄体酮胶囊,超声监测主卵泡增长、子宫内膜生长及排卵情况。结果:两组患者卵泡直径明显增大,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:龟鹿补肾丸具有促进卵泡发育及提高妊娠率的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of Guilu Bushen Wan( 龟鹿补肾丸) on follicular development. Methods: 60 patients with the Pishen Yangxu type( 脾肾阳虚型) were randomly divided into the study group and control group(n = 30). The study group received Guilu Bushen Wan; the control group was given estradiol valerate tabletes, clomiphene citrate and progesterone capsules. The primary follicle growth, endometrial growth, and ovulation were monitored by ultrasound. Results: The diameter of follicles in groups were increased significantly after treatment, with significant differences(P<0.01); there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference of the total efficiency between groups(P>0.05). And there was significant difference of pregnancy rate between groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Guilu Bushen Wan can promote follicular development and increase pregnancy rate.更多还原
