【摘要】 目的:通过观察中药与抗风湿西药联合治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期的疗效,探讨最佳治疗措施。方法:选择我科收治的78例类风湿性关节炎活动前患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,予以蠲痹汤联合抗风湿西药者为观察组,单独采用抗风湿西药治疗者为对照组,每组各39例。观察两组患者治疗前后的血液相关指标变化情况,以及特殊标志物水平改善情况,判定疗效。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者的有效率为92.31%,对照组患者的有效率为71.79%。经比较,观察组有效率高于对照组,具有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血液相关指标、血清中的MMP-3、TIMP-1水平比较,均无差异性(P>0.05),治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的ESR、RF、CRP水平以及MMP-3水平均降低明显,TIMP-1水平则升高明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药与抗风湿西药联合治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期患者疗效较好,可能与其能较好地改善ESR、RF、CRP水平,调控血清和关节液中MMP-3、TIMP-1水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe efficacy of TCM medicine plus anti-rheumatism western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis, and discuss the best treatment measures. Methods: 78 patients were divided into two groups, the observation group was given the Juanbi decoction( 蠲痹汤) plus the anti-rheumatism estern medicine; the control group was given anti-rheumatism western medicine simply, 39 cases in each group. After treatment, blood correlation index in two groups were observed. As well as efficiency were determined according to the improvement of the level of special markers. Results: After treatment, efficiency was 92.31% in the observation group and 71.79% in the control group(P<0.05); in two groups, ESR, RF, CRP level and the level of MMP-3 were reduced significantly, and TIMP-1 levels were elevated significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine plus anti-rheumatism medicine on active rheumatoid arthritis patients shows a good effect, by improving ESR, RF, CRP levels, regulating the serum and joint fluid levels of MMP-3, TIMP-1.更多还原
