【摘要】 目的:探讨自血疗法联合穴位按摩对支气管哮喘患者的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院肺病科收治的102例支气管哮喘病患者,按照2︰1比例随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组(34例)予常规对症治疗,干预组(68例)在常规对症治疗基础上加用自血疗法及穴位按摩,观察患者在临床症状及肺功能等方面的改善情况。结果:治疗后两组患者在喘息、咳嗽、咯痰、气促、喉中哮鸣音等中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,干预组治疗后积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后肺功能指标均较治疗前改善,且干预组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组治疗总有效率为97.06%,对照组为70.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自血疗法联合穴位按摩能有效解除支气管哮喘患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,提高临床疗效,安全易操作,可在临床广泛开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of self-blood therapy combined with acupoint massage on bronchial asthma patients. Methods: A total of 102 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the Department of Pulmonary Disease of our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group according to a 2︰1 ratio. The control group(34 cases) was given routine symptomatic treatment. The intervention group(68 cases) received self-blood therapy combined with acupoint massage on the basis of routine treatment. The improvement in clinical symptoms and lung function of patient was observed. Results: After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes such as wheezing, cough, expectoration, shortness of breath and wheezing in the throat decreased after the treatment. The scores of the intervention group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The lung function of the two groups after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment, and the degree of improvement in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate was 97.06% in the intervention group and 70.59% in the control group, the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Self-blood therapy combined with acupoint massage could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of bronchial asthma patients, improve lung function, improve clinical efficacy, and it was safe and easy to operate, which could be widely used in clinical practice.更多还原
