【摘要】 目的:探究微型钢板内固定加中药熏洗治疗掌指骨骨折的效果,为临床提供指导。方法:以2014年6月-2016年6月来我院接受救治的90例掌指骨骨折患者作为观察对象,使用单双号编号法将90例患者分为联合组45例,应用微型钢板内固定加中药熏洗治疗;单一组45例,应用微型钢板内固定治疗。均随访1年,研究对比两组掌指骨骨折患者的骨折愈合时间、手指功能恢复情况及生活质量评分。结果:联合组患者手指功能恢复优良率(93.33%)相比单一组(77.78%)明显更高,P<0.05;联合组掌指骨骨折患者治疗后的骨折愈合时间[(81.89±16.25)d]及生活质量评分[(96.35±5.63)分]相比单一组的(102.15±32.61)d、(83.42±3.75)分明显更优,P<0.05。结论:微型钢板内固定加中药熏洗治疗掌指骨骨折切实可行,效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of microplate internal fixation plus TCM medicine fumigation on metacarpal and phalangeal fractures and provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods: 90 patients were divided into the integrative group and the single group. The integrative group was given microplate internal fixation plus TCM medicine fumigation; the single group was given microplate internal fixation. The fracture healing time, finger function recovery and quality of life scores were compared between two groups. Results: The good rate of finger function recovery in the integrative group(93.33%) was significantly higher than 77.78% in the single group, P<0.05. The fracture healing time in the integrative group was(81.89±16.25) days; the quality of life score was(96.35±5.63) points; those were significantly better than(102.15±32.61) days and(83.42±3.75) points in the single group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Microplate internal fixation plus TCM medicine fumigation on metacarpal and phalangeal fractures is effective.更多还原
