【摘要】 目的:观察桃红四物汤加味联合硫辛酸胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组,对照组给予硫辛酸胶囊0.6g/次,1次/日,早餐前半小时口服,连续治疗2个月;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂桃红四物汤加味,水煎服,2次/日,连续口服2个月。结果:治疗组疗效总有效率为92%,对照组为40%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后,正中神经和腓总神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)均比治疗前有所改善,以治疗组尤为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:桃红四物汤加味联合硫辛酸胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤) and lipoic acid capsule on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 100 cases were divided into two groups. The control group was given lipoic acid capsules, for 2 months. The treatment group was given the Taohong Siwu decoction, for 2 months. Results: The total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group, and better than 40% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01). The MNCV and SNCV of the median nerve and nervus peroneus communis in two groups were improved after treatment, and those in the treatment group were better, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: The Taohong Siwu decoction and lipoic acid capsule show an obvious effect.更多还原
