【摘要】 目的:探讨对女性不孕不育患者选择四维子宫输卵管超声造影方法进行疾病诊断后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2015年7月-2017年12月收治的336例女性不孕不育患者作为试验对象;对于所有患者于临床分别施以四维子宫输卵管造影检查及腹腔镜检查。最终对两种检查方法符合率进行比较。结果:同腹腔镜检查结果进行对比,四维子宫输卵管超声造影检查结果未表现出显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于不孕不育患者在进行临床诊断期间,合理选择四维子宫输卵管超声造影方法展开,对于疾病早期确诊及治疗方案的顺利研究可以做出充分保证,从而证明四维子宫输卵管超声造影方法的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of four-dimensional hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of female infertility. Method:336 cases of female infertility patients treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects; Four dimensional hysterosalpingography and laparoscopy were performed in all patients. Finally, the coincidence rate between the two methods was compared. Result: Compared with the results of laparoscopy, four-dimensional hysterosalpingography showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: For infertility patients, the reasonable choice of four-dimensional hysterosalpingography could be carried out during the clinical diagnosis, because the early diagnosis of the disease and the successful study of treatment could make a full guarantee. Thus, the clinical application value of four-dimensional hysterosalpingography was proved.更多还原
