【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压合并高脂血症采用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将2016年1月-2017年7月84例高血压合并高脂血症患者分组。对照组采用西医调脂和降压药物治疗,中西医组在对照组基础上采用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗。比较两组高血压合并高脂血症控制效果;治疗前后患者动态血压水平、血脂监测值;干预前后患者症状积分、血液流变学。结果:中西医组高血压合并高脂血症控制效果高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组动态血压水平、血脂监测值相近,P>0.05;干预后中西医组动态血压水平、血脂监测值优于对照组,P<0.05。干预前两组症状积分、血液流变学相近,P>0.05;干预后中西医组症状积分、血液流变学优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:高血压合并高脂血症采用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗的效果肯定,可降低血压、血脂,改善临床症状和血液流变学,促进转归,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤) plus Wendan decoction(温胆汤) on hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods: 84 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia treated from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was treated with lipid-lowering and antihypertensive drugs; and the integrative medicine group was treated with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus Wendan decoction more. The controlling effect of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia was compared between the two groups; the dynamic blood pressure level and blood lipid monitoring value before and after treatment were compared; symptom score and hemorheology of the patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results: The hypertension and hyperlipidemia controlling effects in the integrative medicine group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05; before the intervention, the difference of the ambulatory blood pressure level and blood lipid monitoring values between groups was no statistically significant, P>0.05; after the intervention, the level of blood pressure, blood lipid dynamic monitoring values in the integrative medicine group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Before intervention, symptom integral and hemorheology in two groups were similar, P>0.05; after intervention, symptom integral and hemorheology in the integrative medicine group were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus Wendan Decoction had a significant effect on hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia, could reduce blood pressure, blood lipid, blood rheology and relieve the clinical symptoms, promote the prognosis, which was worthy of promotion.更多还原
