【摘要】 目的:探讨安康欣胶囊在中晚期宫颈癌放化疗患者中的作用。方法:选取2015年4月-2016年7月我院收治的中晚期宫颈癌放化疗患者68例,并随机将其划分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组未予以其他辅助治疗,观察组应用安康欣胶囊治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血常规变化情况、免疫指标变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为70.59%,较对照组的44.12%高(P<0.05);观察组血常规指标、免疫指标测量值均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为17.65%,较对照组的44.12%低(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期宫颈癌放化疗应用安康欣胶囊治疗,可起到增效减毒作用,同时可显著提高患者免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the Ankangxin capsule(安康欣胶囊) on advanced cervical cancer after treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: 68 cases of advanced cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 34 cases in each group. The control group received no other adjuvant therapy. The observation group was treated with the Ankangxin capsule. The clinical efficacy, blood routine changes, changes of immune indexes and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group(70.59%) was significantly higher than 44.12% in the control group(P<0.05). Blood routine and immune parameters in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(17.65%) was significantly lower than 44.12% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Ankangxin capsule could increase the function and reduce the toxicity, improve the immune function of the effectively on advanced cervical cancer after treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.更多还原
