Acute liver injury induced by sepsis is one of the manifestations of sepsis-induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. It plays an important role in the development of sepsis,which often indicates the severity of the illness. Improving liver function helps to improve the patients' prognosis. In this paper,we review the current researches about the incidence,clinical manifestations,pathogenesis and treatment measures of sepsis-induced liver injury.
