依托学科竞赛培养大学生创新能力的实践——以长春理工大学为例

【摘要】 学科竞赛是大学生综合运用所学专业知识解决实际问题实现理论向实践转化的重要平台,是创新型人才培养的一种有效途径。结合学科竞赛的特点以及对大学生创新能力培养的作用,以学科竞赛为契机,加强专业实验教学内容的改革、重视校企合作共建实践教学基地、加强专业实验室建设、完善专业师资队伍建设、广泛开展大学生课外科技活动等措施,推动工科院校实验实践教学改革,培养学生的创新能力。

【Abstract】 The subject competition is an important platform for college students to solve practical problems by comprehensively using their professional knowledge, and is an effective way to cultivate the innovative talents. Combined with the characteristics of the subject competition and the function of cultivating the innovative ability of college students, Changchun University of Science and Technology, taking the subject competition as the turning point, strengthens the reform of professional experimental teaching contents, attaches importance to school-enterprise cooperation and co-construction of practical teaching bases, strengthens the construction of professional laboratories, improves the construction of professional teachers, and extensively carries out university students’ extracurricular scientific and technological activities, to promote the reform of experimental practical teaching in engineering colleges and cultivate students’ innovative ability.
