【摘要】 在高等职业院校订单式培养模式中,从毕业生上岗的实际效果上看,订单式培养质量与企业岗位需求的差距仍然存在。以地铁运营行业的订单式培养实践为例,由于现代地铁运营行业的工种、岗位设置繁多,职业能力差异较大,不同学校受学科专业、教学条件、学生能力等限制,即使是同一地区、相同专业往往也存在培养过程、学业考核、岗位能力要求的差异。要有效地解决此类问题,需要加快订单式培养的标准化建设,建立一套完整、系统、科学、通用的培养规范,使培养过程的每一个环节、每一项要求都能依据一定的规范标准自觉地去实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the trainging posts between effect of order training mode, there are still gap between order training quality and enterprise requirements. Taking the subway industry as an example, because of the differences among the modern metro industry jobs, job settings and occupation ability, as well as the influence of disciplines, teaching conditions, students’ ability and other restrictions, there are also differences in the same specialties between different schools in the same area.
