【摘要】 基于DEA方法中的CCR、BCC模型对我国58所医药相关类高职院校教育人才培养发展效率进行实证研究,结果表明:医药相关类职业院校总体效率较低,一半院校存在投入过多产出不足态势,48所高职院校规模效率值、总体效率值均小于1,其中,有12所高职院校处于规模报酬递增状态,35所院校处于规模报酬递减状态。为保证院校整体办学效益的提高,有待建立以人才培养质量提升为导向的考核绩效机制和资源合理配置途径,进一步深化校企合作以充分开发社会有效资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 The empirical research on development efficiency of personnel training in 58 medical higher vocational colleges based on the CCR and BCC models belonging to DEA method was implemented. The results show that the overall efficiency of medical vocational colleges is low, the scale efficiency value and the overall efficiency value of 48 higher vocational colleges are less than 1, among them, the returns to scale of 12 colleges is increasing, while the returns to scale of other 35 colleges is decreasing. In order to ensure the improvement of the overall school-running benefits, it is necessary to establish the performance evaluation mechanism with the orientation of talent training quality improvement and the rational ways to allocation of resources, so as to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation to give full play the effective social resources.更多还原
