【摘要】 当前,"产教融合、校企合作"已提升到国家战略层面,而职业院校与生产型企业的合作难点在于互相无法深入了解。本文分析了软件开发企业员工、高职院校教师以及教育培训机构师资的特点,提出了"校企企"合作模式的必要性。文章以福州职业技术学院软件技术专业为例,从招生宣传、课程体系制定、学生活动、师资培养、就业推荐等方面分享了"校企企"人才培养模式的经验,阐述了"校企企"人才培养模式的特色与创新;对"校企企"合作新模式更好地发挥生产型企业的优势,提高校企合作质量具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Integration of production and teaching,and school-enterprise cooperation"has been raised to the national strategic level,however,the difficulty of the cooperation between vocational colleges and production-oriented enterprises is that they can not understand each other deeply. This paper analyzes the characteristics of staff in software development enterprises,teachers in higher vocational colleges and teachers in educational training institutions,and puts forward the necessity of "school enterprise enterprise"cooperation mode. Taking the software technology specialty of Fuzhou Polytechnic as an example,this paper shares the talent training mode experience of"school enterprise enterprise"from the aspects of enrollment publicity,curriculum system formulation,student activities,teacher training and employment recommendation,and expounds the characteristics and innovation of the talent training mode of"school enterprise enterprise". The new mode of school-enterprise cooperation can give full play to the advantages of production-oriented enterprises and can improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation.更多还原
