【摘要】 目的:探讨压疮护理专科团队在压疮预防与护理中的应用效果。方法:通过建立压疮护理专科团队,明确组织架构和职责,制定压疮管理制度和流程,开展理论和实践的培训,实施无缝隙的压疮监控管理。结果:实施以来院内压疮的发生率由原来的0.86‰下降至0.34‰(P<0.05),院内发生压疮的治愈率由原来的67.65%提升至86.9%(P<0.05),院外带入压疮的治愈率由69.86%提升至91.26%(P<0.05),压疮护理质量检查的符合率由原来的86.3%提升至92.3%(P<0.05)。结论:压疮护理专科团队的建立,能提高压疮护理管理质量,有效减少院内压疮的发生率,提高已发生压疮的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To discuss the effects of the specialized team in the prevention of pressure ulcer.[Method]The implementation of seamless pressure ulcer management,by building pressure ulcer specialized management team,clear management structure andresponsibilities,establish pressure ulcer management related systems and processes,to carry out the theoretical knowledge and practical training operation.[Result]The incidence of pressure ulcer decreased from 0.86‰ to 0.34‰(P=0.05).the cure rate of inpatient pressure ulcer increased from 67.65% to 86.9%(P=0.05).the cure rate of outpatient pressure ulcer increased from 69.86% to 91.26%(P=0.05).the quality rate of pressure ulcer management increased from 86.3% to 92.3%(P=0.05).The difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion]The implementation of pressure ulcer management team,which can improve the quality and efficiency of pressure ulcer management and reduce the incidence and improve the cure rate of pressure ulcer.更多还原
