【摘要】 目的总结国外对蜂胶现代药理研究进展。方法对蜂胶总黄酮抗氧化、抗炎等生物学特性及治疗活性,与其他作用于心血管疾病机理研究进行归纳探讨,总结蜂胶总黄酮作用于心血管相关疾病的国内外研究进展;并探讨中医痰饮、瘀血、经络因素在心系疾病中的病因病机,阐发有形与无形之痰都是心系疾病的重要病因。结果瘀血日久会导致心力衰竭等危重疾病的发生,经络相关疾病多以心痛为发病热点,蜂胶总黄酮能够减轻心肌缺血范围和心肌缺血的程度,且有抗炎、抗心肌缺血等功效。结论蜂胶可以在多种心系疾病中辨证应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article summarizes the foreign modern pharmacological research progress of propolis. Methods The biological and therapeutic activities of the total flavonoids of propolis, anti-inflammatory and other biological characteristics and therapeutic activities are summarized and discussed, and the research progress on the effect of total flavonoids of propolis on cardiovascular related diseases at home and abroad is summarized. It also discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm, blood stasis and meridian factors in heart diseases, and explains that both visible and invisible phlegm are the important causes of heart diseases. Results Blood stasis for a long time will lead to heart failure and other serious diseases, meridian related diseases as the focus of heart pain, the total flavonoids of propolis can reduce the extent of myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemia, and have antiinflammatory, anti-myocardial ischemia and other effects.
