【摘要】 目的观察健脾化痰方联合安理申治疗痰浊阻窍型轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的80例MCI患者,安理申合健脾化痰方组(A组)40例,安理申组(B组)40例,12周为1疗程,观察2组治疗后中医症候积分、简易精神量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及双侧大脑前、中、后动脉的血管阻力指数(RI)、屏气指数(BHI)的改变。结果 2组中医证候、MMSE、Mo CA、ADL评分及RI、BHI均改善,A组疗效优于B组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰方联合安理申可以明显改善痰浊阻窍型MCI患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Huatan granules in treatment of patients with mild cognitive impairment of sputum turbid blocking aperture. Methods 80 patients with MCI were divided into 2 groups, A group treated with Aricept and Jianpi Huatan granules. B group treated with Aricept. The treatment time was 12 weeks. The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms score, Mini-mentalstate examination(MMSE) smart scale, Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA), the Activity of daily living(ADL) scale, The vascular resistance index(RI) and breath holding index(BHI) of bilateral anterior were calculated. Results Results The scores of TCM symptoms score, MMSE, Mo CA, ADL, RI and BHI were improved significantly in all 2 groups. Compared with B group, group A were improved more significantly. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). onclusion Jianpi Huatan granules could improve clinical symptoms in patients with MCI of sputum turbid blocking aperture.更多还原
