【摘要】 通过查阅近20年相关文献,对葛根化学成分及药理作用研究概况进行整理、归纳。葛根具有解肌退热、透疹、生津止渴、升阳止泻等功效,其化学成分主要为异黄酮类化合物葛根素,具有解热、镇痛、抗菌、抗感染、降血压、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、解酒等作用。总结葛根化学成分及药理作用研究进展,为其开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The general survey of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Pueraria lobata was reviewed and summarized by consulting the relevant literature of the last 20 years.Puerarin has effects on expelling pathogenic factors from muscles for clearing heat,promoting eruption,promoting fluid production to quench thirst,raising yang and arresting diarrhea,Its chemical composition is mainly isoflavone compound Puerarin,with the effect of antipyretic,analgesic,antiseptic,anti infection,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,antilipidemia,antioxidation,antitumor and antialcoholism.To summarize the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Pueraria lobata,and provide reference for the development and utilization.更多还原
