【摘要】 目的调查在校大学生对医疗保险的认知及满意度情况,为健全大学生基本医疗保险体系提供依据。方法采取方便抽样的方法,采用自行设计的问卷对广州市某大学757名在校大学生进行调查。结果大学生的总体参保率为90.5%;大学生医保使用率为36.5%;大学生对本校的医保购买方式、每年投保额度及医保的报销额度等方面的认知程度偏低;大学生对每年医保缴费额度、报销额度及报销程序等方面的满意度较低。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR=0.591,P=0.036)、生源属性(OR=2.054,P=0.005)是参保率的影响因素。结论大学生对医疗保险的认知程度及满意度普遍偏低,政府及学校应加大宣传力度、完善政策、简化报销程序、提高医疗服务水平及待遇水平,从而让更多大学生了解医疗保险同时吸引更多大学生参保。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the cognition and satisfaction of college students on medical insurance,provide basis for improving the basic medical insurance system of college students.[Methods]Adopting a convenient sampling method,757 students in a university in Guangzhou City were investigated by self-designed questionnaires.[Results]The overall participation rate of college students’ medical insurance was 90.5%,and the utilization rate of college students’ medical insurance was 36.5%.College students had low awareness of medical insurance purchase methods in the school,annual insurance coverage,and medicare reimbursement,while the college students were less satisfied with the amount of annual medicare payment,reimbursement and reimbursement procedures.Multivariate logistic regression showed that gender(OR=0.591,P=0.036) and source attribution(OR=2.054,P=0.005) were the influencing factors of participation rate of medical insurance.[Conclusion]The college students generally have low awareness and satisfaction with medical insurance.Government and schools should increase publicity,improve policies,and simplify reimbursement procedures,and improve the level of medical services and treatment,to help more college students know about health insurance and attract more students join.更多还原
