2016年河北省煤尘作业工人职业健康检查结果

【摘要】 目的了解煤尘作业工人健康状况,为煤工尘肺的早期预防提供依据。方法通过"职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统"及"体检软件录入系统"收集2016年河北省《职业健康检查个案》资料,分析河北省煤尘作业工人尘肺样改变分布情况。结果 39 050名煤尘作业工人中尘肺样改变299例,占0.77%,尘肺样改变检出率为大型企业高于中、小型企业,国有经济企业高于集体经济、私有经济、港澳台经济企业,采矿业高于制造业、电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业、交通运输、仓储和邮政业、其他行业。男性明显高于女性,≥40年工龄段和50~<60岁年龄段煤尘作业工人尘肺样改变检出率最高,且随着煤尘作业工人年龄及工龄的增长,尘肺样改变检出率存在递增趋势,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论煤尘作业工人健康问题不容忽视,企业应采取有效的防尘措施,降低劳动者罹患职业病的风险。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the health status of the workers exposed to coal dust, provide the basis for early prevention of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis. [Methods] Through the Occupational diseases and occupational health information monitoring system and the Medical software entry system, the data of the occupational health examination case were collected to analyze the distribution of pneumoconiosis-like change among workers exposed to coal dust in Hebei Province. [Results] There were 299 cases of pneumoconiosis-like change among 39 050 workers exposed to coal dust, accounting for 0.77%. The detection rate of pneumoconiosis-like change in the large enterprises was higher than that in the medium and small enterprises. The detection rate in the state-owned economic enterprises was higher than that in the collective economy, private economy, as well as Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan economic enterprises. The detection rate in the mining industry was higher than that in the manufacturing,electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply, transportation, warehousing and postal service and other industries. The detection rate in males was significantly higher than that in the females. The detection rates of pneumoconiosis-like change in workers with working age ≥40 years and in age group of 50-<60 years old were the highest. The detection rate increased with the increasing of age and working years, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). [Conclusion] The health problems of workers exposed to coal dust should not be ignored. The enterprise should take effective dust control measures, reduce the risk of workers suffering from occupational diseases.
