【摘要】 目的探讨上海市闵行区放射工作人员心理健康与工作满意度的关系。方法选取闵行区279名放射工作人员为研究对象,运用工作满意度量表、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,采用逐步logistic回归分析探讨心理健康、心理应激对工作满意度的影响。结果放射工作人员总体工作满意度均分为3.49,工作满意度各维度中关系融洽满意度最高,薪酬支付满意度最低。SCL-90总分的均值为132.18,其中35人(12.5%)存在潜在心理健康问题。多元logistic逐步回归分析表明,医疗机构类别、受聘形式和目前月收入均显著影响放射工作人员的工作满意度;SCL-90总分是工作满意度的危险因素,OR值为2.115;积极应对是工作满意度的保护因素,OR值为0.497。结论放射工作人员的工作满意度水平及心理健康状况值得关注,提高人员心理健康状态、强化积极应对方式对于提高放射工作人员工作满意度水平意义重大。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the association between mental health and job satisfaction among radiological workers in Minhang District of Shanghai.[Methods]A sample of 279 radiological workers was included for the analysis. Job satisfaction scale,Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) and the Trait Coping Styles Questionnaire(TCSQ) were used. Stepwise logistic regression was applied to test the impact of mental health and mental stress on job satisfaction.[Results] The mean score of overall perception of job satisfaction was 3.49. Among the dimensions of job satisfaction,social support presented the highest score while salary payment showed the lowest score. The mean of total SCL-90 score was 132.18,and 35(12.5%) individuals had potential mental health problems. Stepwise regression analysis showed that hospital type,employment status and monthly income were significantly associated with job satisfaction. Total SCL-90 score was risk factor of job satisfaction(OR value was 2.115),while positive coping style was on the contrary(OR value was 0.497).[Conclusion]Job satisfaction and mental health of radiological workers deserves attention. Improvement of mental health status and enhancement of positive coping style have a great impact on radiological workers’ job satisfaction.更多还原
