医学免疫学教学中翻转课堂教学法的实践

【摘要】 为了研究翻转课堂教学法在医学免疫学教学中应用的可行性及其效果,在医学免疫学的教学中进行了翻转课堂的教学实践,采用问卷和与学生座谈的方式对这种教学法的效果和学生的接受度进行调查。经过三轮教学实践,调查结果显示,学生普遍接受这种教学方法,并对其教学效果给予了较高的评价,认为翻转课堂教学法能够激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对所学知识的理解,兼顾不同层次的学生,充分发挥自主学习的优势,说明翻转课堂教学法在医学免疫学的教学中有较高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The teaching practice of flipped classroom is conducted in teaching of medical immunology course for studying the feasibility and effect of flipped classroom method. The questionnaire and panel discussion were usedto investigate the effect and students’ acceptability to this method. After 3-round teaching practice, the resultsshowed that students accepted generally this method and gave higher reviews on the teaching effect. The flippedclassroom can arouse students’ learning interest, deepen their understandings of studied knowledge, considerdifferent students, and make them give full play to autonomous learning. The flipped classroom has higherapplication value in teaching of medical immunology course.
