【摘要】 刘尚义教授有丰富的临床经验,临证运用风药独具特色。本文主要从风的特性、风邪的特性、风药的作用机理和适应证进行论述。风为气也,无孔不入,无处不到,风胜则动,致病万千,病状不一,有"百病生于风"之说。风药的作用机理主要包括同气相求、顺势利导、生克承制、顺承逆转等4个方面。其适应证根据风与风邪的特性、人体结构和精神情志、生理和病理物质、疾病分科、发病新久等不同角度而各不相同,概及形、神、质及内、外、妇、儿、五官、皮肤等各科疾病,有"风药疗百疾"之功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor LIU Shang-yi,with rich clinical experience,has applied wind drugs with his unique treating characteristics. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of wind,the characteristics of wind-evil,the mechanism of wind drugs and the indications of wind drugs. Wind is Qi,Which can get in by every opening and go anywhere. Wind-evil may disturb the body,which can cause all kinds of diseases and symptoms. That is‘all kinds of diseases can be caused by wind-evil’. The mechanism of wind drugs mainly includes four aspects,such as the theory of’ Tongqixiangqiu,homeopathy,the relationships of generation and restriction in five elements and restraining excessiveness,following and reversing change direction. According to the characteristics of wind and wind-evil,physical structure and spiritual emotion,physiological and pathological material,disease classification and different stages of disease,the indications of wind drugs are different. Wind drugs can treat structural,functional,and psychiatric disorders. Wind drugs can treat different diseases involving the Department of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,facial features,dermatology,etc. That is ‘wind drugs can treat all kinds of diseases’.更多还原
