【摘要】 目的探讨微信平台在眼科手术室与供应室显微器械一体化管理中的应用效果。方法将微信平台加入到眼科手术室与供应室显微器械一体化管理中,选取实施前3个月(对照组)显微器械576件和实施后3个月(观察组)显微器械624件进行研究。比较2组器械完好率、器械清洁合格率、器械包装合格率、器械丢失率及医生对手术显微器械满意度。结果观察组器械完好率、器械清洁合格率、器械包装合格率均高于对照组,器械丢失率低于对照组(χ2=4.296,P=0.038),实施后,手术医生对手术显微器械满意度高于实施前(Z=-2.990,P=0.003)。结论将微信平台加入到眼科手术室与供应室显微器械一体化管理中,能生动形象地迅速传递交流信息,有效改善手术室护士与供应室护士之间的沟通障碍,提高工作效率和质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of WeChat platform in the integrated microsurgical instruments management of ophthalmology operating room and supply room.Methods The WeChat platform was applied to the integrated management of ophthalmic microsurgical instruments in the operation room and supply room.Three months before the WeChat implementation,the data of 576 microscopical instruments were selected as a control group,and the data of 624 instruments at 3 months after the implementation were selected as an observation group.The integrity rate,cleanliness qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,missing rate of 2 groups and the satisfaction rate of doctors were compared.Results The integrity rate,cleanliness qualification rate,packaging qualification rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.However,the instrument missing rate was significantly lower than the latter(χ2=4.296,P=0.038).After the implementation,the satisfaction rate of doctors was improved(Z=-2.990,P =0.033).Conclusion The WeChat platform applying in the integrated management of ophthalmic microsurgical instruments in the operation room and supply room,can vividly and quickly pass on information,effectively reduce the communication barriers between nurses in the operation room and supply room,so as to improve work efficiency and quality.It is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
