【摘要】 目的观察中医辨证治疗儿童发声性抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法将90例发声性抽动障碍患儿根据临床表现分为痰火扰神型、肝亢风动型、脾虚肝旺型、阴虚风动型,分别给予平肝清火、涤痰宁神法,平肝息风法,健脾化痰、平肝息风法,滋阴潜阳、调肝息风法进行治疗,疗程12周。结果依据耶鲁抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)积分统计结果为:临床控制3例(占3.33%),显效3例(占3.33%),有效65例(占72.23%),无效19例(占21.11%),总有效率为78.89%。按中医证候积分减分率统计结果为:临床控制3例(占3.33%),显效19例(占21.11%),有效53例(占58.59%),无效15例(占16.67%),总有效率为83.33%。结论中医辨证分型治疗儿童发声性抽动障碍疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of vocal tic disorder in children treated with syndrome differentiation of TCM.Methods According to the clinical manifestations,90 children with vocal tic disorder were divided into phlegm-fire disturbing brain type,endogenous liver wind type,the spleen deficiency and liver prosperous type and yin asthenia wind move type,and treated with calming the liver and clearing fire,removing phlegm and calming the mind;calming liver and extinguishing wind method; strengthening spleen and removing phlegm,calming the liver and clearing fire method;nourishing yin and suppressing yang,calming liver and extinguishing wind method respectively.The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Results According to the YGTSS,its scores statistical results were:3 cases of clinical control (3.33%),3 cases were markedly effective (3.33%),65 cases (72.23%) were effective,19 cases were invalid (21.11%),and the total effective rate was 78.89%.According to the statistical results of TCM syndrome score reduction rate: 3 cases of clinical control (3. 33%),19 cases were markedly effective (21.11%),53 cases (58.59%) were effective,15 cases were invalid (16.67%),and the total effective rate was83.33%.Conclusion The curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in treating of vocal tic disorder is satisfactory,and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
