【Abstract】 The aluminum hydroxide adjuvant is an important adjuvant for modeling allergic rhinitis(AR)animal model. However,there is no literature in detail on the use of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant in animal model of allergic rhinitis. To analyze the use of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant in animal model of allergic rhinitis, this article systematically reviews the physicochemical property of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant,and its adsorption properties to AR animal model,and the comparison of application of aluminum hydroxide powder and aluminum hydroxide gel in AR animal model.更多还原
