【摘要】 目的观察分析食管癌患者围手术期实施呼吸道管理的效果。方法于本院收治的食管癌患者中选取80例进行研究,时间为2015年7月~2017年3月期间,经红蓝球分组为2组,对照组患者围术期接受常规护理,观察组则于围术期开展呼吸道管理,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的肺部感染、急性呼吸衰竭、肺不张发生概率同对照组相比,均明显较低(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者围手术期实施呼吸道管理有显著的应用效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of perioperative respiratory management in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods Eighty patients with esophageal carcinoma admitted to our hospital were selected for study from July 2015 to March 2017. They were divided into two groups by red and blue balls. The control group received routine care during the perioperative period. The group underwent respiratory tract management during the perioperative,and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection,acute respiratory failure,and atelectasis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a significant effect of perioperative management of respiratory tract in patients with esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
