【摘要】 目的:对小儿手足口病(hand foot and mouth disease,HFMD)应用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:选取本院2016年4月-2017年7月间收治的小儿手足口病患儿126例,按照不同治疗方法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组63例。观察组给予开喉剑喷雾剂联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,对照组给予单纯蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗者。治疗7天后,比较两组临床综合指标、治疗效果,评估方案的应用价值。结果:观察组治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病安全、有效。可加快患儿临床症状的消退,治疗总有效率比较显著,可行性高,故有进一步推广的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid combined with Kaihoujian Spray in children with HFMD.Method:A total of 126 cases with HFMD in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods,63 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid combined with Kaihoujian Spray,and the control group was treated by Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid.After treatment 7 days,the clinical comprehensive index and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared,and the application value of the scheme was evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid combined with Kaihoujian Spray was safe and effective in children with HFMD.The treatment can accelerate the decline of the clinical symptoms of children,has statistically the total effective rate of treatment and highly feasibility.So it has the value of further promotion.更多还原
