高频震荡通气联合硫酸镁与西地那非治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压临床疗效研究

【摘要】 目的:分析高频震荡通气联合硫酸镁与西地那非治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法:2013年2月-2017年6月本院收治的新生儿持续性肺动脉高压患儿中选取88例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。两组患者均联合应用硫酸镁与西地那非治疗,并给予对照组患儿常频通气治疗,给予观察组患儿高频震荡通气治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组住院时间、氧疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SBP、SPAP、SaO2、pH、OI、PaO2和PaCO2均优于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高频震荡通气、硫酸镁与西地那非联合治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压的临床疗效显著。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of high frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with Magnesium Sulfate and Sildenafil in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn.Method:A total of 88 patients with persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn treated in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the table of random numbers,44 cases in each group.Two groups were given Magnesium Sulfate and Sildenafil,the control group was treated with conventional ventilation therapy,and the observation group was treated with high frequency oscillation ventilation.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Result:The duration of hospitalization and oxygen therapy in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).SBP,SPAP,SaO2,pH,OI,PaO2 and PaCO2 of two groups after treatment were all improved than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of high frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with Magnesium Sulfate and Sildenafil are effective in treating persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn.
