【摘要】 目的:分析对宫颈癌术后丧失卵巢功能的患者应用雌激素补充治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年10月本院宫颈癌术后卵巢功能丧失患者80例,依据治疗用药途径将其分为经皮组和口服组,各40例。两组分别接受雌激素经皮补充治疗、经口补充治疗,比较两组效果。结果:经皮组治疗后雌二醇水平为(36.87±11.69)pg/mL,卵巢功能评分为(5.14±0.62)分,口服组分别为(38.29±11.62)pg/mL、(5.01±0.59)分,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雌激素补充治疗能够明显提升宫颈癌术后卵巢功能丧失患者的生活质量,经口给药、经皮给药都有良好效果,临床可具体选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of estrogen supplementation therapy for patients with ovarian function loss after cervical cancer surgery.Method:From October 2016 to October 2017,80 patients with ovarian function loss after cervical cancer operation in our hospital were selected,according to the way of treatment and medication,they were divided into percutaneous group and oral group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with transdermal estrogen supplementation therapy and oral supplementation therapy respectively,and the results were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the estradiol levels and ovarian function scores of the percutaneous group were respectively(36.87±11.69)pg/mL,(5.14±0.62) scores, and the oral group were respectively(38.29±11.62) pg/mL,(5.01±0.59) scores,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life of the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Estrogen supplementation therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with ovarian function loss after cervical cancer surgery.Oral administration and percutaneous administration have good effects,it can be selected clinically.更多还原
