【摘要】 目的:分析诱导化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的临床价值。方法:选取2012年7月-2017年7月本院收治的中晚期鼻咽癌患者50例。按照随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,各25例。A组给予单一放疗治疗,B组给予诱导化疗联合放疗治疗。比较两组不良反应发生情况及治疗效果。结果:B组并发症发生率为12.00%,低于A组的16.00%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组治疗总有效率为92.00%,明显高于A组的76.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(X~2=5.357,P=0.049);B组死亡率为0,低于A组的8.00%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:诱导化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌有非常突出的临床价值,能够在很大程度上减少不良反应的发生,优化最终的治疗效果,降低患者的死亡率,因此可进行临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:A total of 50 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2017 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into group A and group B,25 cases in each group.Group A was treated with single radiotherapy and group B was treated with induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of complications in group B was 12.00%,which was lower than 16.00% of group A,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00% in group A,the difference was statistically significant( X~2=5.357,P=0.049).The mortality of B group was 0,which was lower than 8.00% in group A,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Induction chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a significant effect,which can greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,optimize the final treatment effect,reduce the mortality of patients,so it can be clinically applied.更多还原
