目的:研究甜槠树叶中的化学成分。方法:采用Toyopearl HW-40F、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP 20P、HP20SS等柱色谱对甜槠树叶乙醇提取物进行分离与纯化,运用MS、~1H-NMR、~(13)C-NMR等波谱学方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从甜槠树叶中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:没食子酸(1)、gallic aldehyde(2)、咖啡酸(3)、愈创木基丙三醇(4)、ethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、6-O-galloylglucose(6)、ethyl-O-β-(6′-galloyl)-glucopyranoside(7)、(3R,1′S)-[1′-(6″-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxyethyl]-3-hydroxy-dihydrofuran-2(3H)-one(8)、blumenol A(9)、mallophenol B(10)、4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(11)、5-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(12)、icariol A_2(13)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物2、6的核磁数据为首次...
