【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗白内障手术后瞳神紧小的疗效。方法:102例按随机数字法分为两组,对照组(51例51眼)用西医常规治疗,观察组(51例51眼)用除风活血饮联合西医常规治疗。结果:总有效率观察组92.16%、对照组76.47%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眼痛、睫状充血和房水闪辉等症状评分观察组比对照组低(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗白内障手术后瞳神紧小可改善其症状,并提高视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of combination of TCM and western medicine on patients with iridocyclitis after cataract surgery. Method:According to the statistical random number table,102 cases were divided into two groups. The control group(n=51,with 51 eyes)were treated with conventional western medicines while the observation group(n=51,with 51 eyes)were treated with Chufeng Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional western medicine. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,higher than that in the control group,which was 76.47%(P<0.05). The scores of symptoms, such as eye pain,ciliary congestion and aqueous flare in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Combination of TCM and western medicine could improve the symptoms and visual acuity for patients with iridocyclitis after cataract surgery.更多还原
