青光眼术后应用复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊对眼血流动力学指标及视功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察青光眼术后应用复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊的效果。方法:103例随机分为对照组51例和观察组52例,两组均给予复方血栓通胶囊治疗,观察组加用复方樟柳碱治疗,比较两组疗效、视功能及眼血流动力学指标。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),视力、EDV及PSV水平观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05),总灰度值、F-VER峰值及RI观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通可改善青光眼术后眼血流动力学指标,促进视功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of compound anisodine combined with compound Xueshuantong Capsule after glaucoma surgery. Method:103 cases were divided into 2 groups in random. 51 cases in the control group were treated with compound Xueshuantong Capsule while 52 cases of the observation group were treated with compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with compound anisodine. The curative effect, visual function and ocular hemodynamic changes in the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The visual acuity, EDV and PSV of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total gray value, the peak value of F-VER and RI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound anisodine combined with compound Xueshuantong could effectively improve the level of ocular hemodynamic index and promote visual function recovery after glaucoma surgery.更多还原
