中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察用中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:130例随机分为对照组和观察组各65例,两组均用西医常规治疗,观察组加用中医综合治疗。结果:总有效率观察组96.92%、对照组78.46%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床效果显著,且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method:130 cases were randomly divided into control group(n=65) and observation group(n=65). Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine and the observation group were treated with comprehensive therapy of rraditional Chinese medicine. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.92% and 78.46% respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The Incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant clinical effect on the pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae patients, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.更多还原
