股骨近端髓内钉治疗复杂粗隆间骨折

【摘要】 目的:研究复杂粗隆间骨折的复位及手术技巧。方法:83例用微创髓内钉治疗。结果:70例(84.3%)获得解剖复位,随访8~36个月、平均22.3个月,骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间7.5个月。2例髋内翻畸形愈合,无螺旋刀片切出、内固定断裂,6例骨折愈合取除内固定,优良率86.7%。结论:股骨近端髓内钉治疗复杂粗隆间骨折可减少手术并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the restoration and surgical techniques of complex tuberosity fracture. Method:83 cases of complex tuberosity were treated with microinvasive intramedullary nailing. Result: 70 cases(84.3%)obtained anatomical repositioning. With 8~36 months follow-up,an average of 22.3 months, we get the result that the fractures of all cases were healed. The average healing time was 7.5 months. 2 cases of hip varus malunion healed,without spiral blade cutting out and internal fixation of fracture. 6 cases were taken off the internal fixation after fracture healing. The excellent and good rate was 86.7%. Conclusion: The complication of surgical complications could be reduced by proximal femoral nail.更多还原
