青蒿素类化合物对疟疾外其他疾病药效作用研究进展

【摘要】 青蒿素(artemisinin,ART)是中药类药物的典型代表,青蒿素及其衍生物如青蒿琥酯、双氢青蒿素、蒿甲醚、蒿乙醚等均是有效的抗疟单体,其抗疟作用在国际上影响深远,鉴于其低毒、安全、经济性好的特点备受研究者关注。近年来大量的国内外报道显示青蒿素类化合物除了抗疟作用显著外,还具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎和免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、抗孕以及预防肥胖等功效。本文通过CNKI,Pub Med等检索系统搜索近年来国内、外发表的有关青蒿素类化合物药效作用的文献,并对其进行归纳、整理,对青蒿素类化合物抗疟作用外药效作用的研究进展进行综述,提示青蒿素类化合物有着巨大的潜在药用价值,迫切需要增加此类药物的临床应用,为青蒿素类化合物在临床上的应用提供新的思路。

【Abstract】 Artemisinin( ART) is a typical representative of traditional Chinese medicine. Artemisinin and its derivatives such as artesunate,dihydroartemisinin,artemether,arteether and etc are all effective antimalarial monomers,which have far-reaching influence in the world with the characteristics of low toxicity,safe and cheap.In recent years,a large number of domestic and foreign researchers have paid much attention to artemisinin and its derivatives,which have shown that artemisinin compounds have other pharmacological actions in addition to antimalarial action. These pharmacological actions include anti-virus,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammation and immune regulation,anti-tumor,anti-diabetes,anti-pregnancy and prevention of obesity etc. In this paper,literatures on pharmacological action of artemisinin compounds in recent years were searched through CNKI,Pub Med and other retrieval systems,then literatures were unscrambled,arranged,summarized and analyzed earnestly. The research progress on the pharmacological actions of artemisinin and its derivatives beyond malaria were reviewed,suggesting that artemisinin compounds have great potential medicinal value. It is urgent to increase the clinical application of these drugs,and provide new ideas for the clinical application of artemisinin compounds.
