东兴金花茶叶的化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的:研究东兴金花茶叶的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备型高效液相色谱以及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质与波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从东兴金花茶叶分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为(1)三十四烷醇、(2)β-谷甾醇、(3)齐墩果酸、(4)伞形花内酯、(5)黑麦草内酯、(6)芹菜素、(7)布卢姆醇A、(8)α-菠菜甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷、(9)α-菠菜甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4~9为首次从金花茶组植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the chemical constituents of the leaves from Camellia tunghinensis Chang. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex column chromatography,preparative high performance liquid chromatography,recrystallization and other methods. Their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results: Nine compounds were identified to be( 1) n-tetratriacontanol,( 2) β-sitosterol,( 3) oleanic acid,( 4) umbelliferone,( 5) loliolide,( 6) apigenin,( 7) blumenol A,( 8) α-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-galactopy-ranoside,and( 9) α-spinasterol-3-O-β-Dglucopyranoside. Conclusion: All of the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds4 ~ 9 were obtained from Camellia chrysantha for the first time.
