纳米载体-温敏凝胶复合体系递送抗癌药物的研究进展
Progress in research of nanocarrier-thermogels as composite drug delivery system for anticancer drug
【摘要】 近些年来,基于制药技术联合使用策略的纳米载体-温敏凝胶复合递药体系的研究,开辟了抗癌药递送的新途径。该复合体系结合了纳米技术和温敏凝胶2种制药技术的优点,具有给药方便、生物相容性好、可以更好的保护药物、增强药物的稳定性和靶向性以及隐蔽性,降低毒性和控制释放等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。本研究主要概述了近5年内不同的纳米载体-温敏凝胶复合体系递送抗癌药物的体内研究数据所展现出的该复合体系的优点以及最新研究进展,为其进一步的开发应用于临床提供参考。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the development of nanocarrier-thermogels composite drug delivery system,basing on the combination strategies of pharmaceutical technologies,has invented new methods for cancer therapy.This composite drug delivery system combining the advantages of nanocarrier technology and thermogels technology,is a promising strategy in medicine due to its convenient administration,good biocompatibility,protection of the drugs,enhanced stability,targeting,stealthiness,decreased toxicity,and controlled release. This review summarized the recent( over the last five years) in vivo data which showed the advances and advantages of various nanocarrierthermogels gels and it provided references for further development and application of the composite drug delivery system in clinical.
