【摘要】 目的评价4C延续性护理管理模式在脑卒中康复期患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月～2017年3月我院脑卒中康复期患者80例作为研究对象,采用奇偶法的形式将其均分为实验组与对照组,各40例。对照组行常规护理管理,实验组行4C延续性护理管理。对比两组护理效果。结果实验组护理效果高于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 4C延续性护理管理模式值得在脑卒中康复期患者护理中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effect of 4 C continuous nursing management mode in the nursing of patients with stroke during rehabilitation period.Methods 80 patients with stroke in rehabilitation period admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were equally divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing management, while the experimental group received 4 C continuous nursing management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the comparison between the groups showed a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion 4 C continuous nursing management mode is worth popularizing and applying in the nursing of stroke patients in rehabilitation period.更多还原
