【摘要】 目的研究无创预测表在心脏性猝死临床运用价值。方法量化心脏性猝死的各类危险因素,并给每个危险因素赋予相应的分数,以此来形成无创预测表来预测心脏性猝死疾病。观察无创预测表对心脏性猝死患者沟通过程中产生的作用。结果研究组比对照组的心脏性猝死患者的风险比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过运用心脏性猝死无创预测表来与患者家属进行有效沟通,能够更加容易的让患者家属理解和接受心脏性猝死疾病的风险和后果。结论重点关注心脏性猝死的高危人群,并结合不同的危险因素来采取相应的措施,最大限度的减少心脏性猝死疾病的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application value of non-invasive predictive table in sudden cardiac death.Methods Quantify various risk factors for sudden cardiac death and assign corresponding scores to each risk factor to form a noninvasive predictive table to predict sudden cardiac death.Observe the effect of noninvasive predictive tables on the communication of sudden cardiac death.Results The risk of sudden cardiac death in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).By using the non-invasive predictive table of sudden cardiac death to effectively communicate with the patient’s family members,it is easier for the family members to understand and accept the risks and consequences of sudden cardiac death.Conclusion Focus on the high-risk groups of sudden cardiac death,and combine different risk factors to take appropriate measures to minimize the incidence of sudden cardiac death.更多还原
