【摘要】 目的研究在累及弓部Stanford B型主动脉夹层中采取单纯主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗的临床应用效果和价值。方法选取2016年2月~2017年2月参与诊治的累及弓部Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者15例作为研究对象,进行回顾性研究以及分析,均实行单纯主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗,分析术后患者恢复情况。结果经单纯主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗之后15例累及弓部Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者不存在严重并发症,且随访发现,夹层破口不发生内漏,且完全封闭,存在良好的弓部分支血管显影;主动脉CT血管成像复查发现,1个月左右时候患者发生夹层假腔缩小以及血栓化的现象,1年左右时候患者假腔全部消失,并且在对15例患者随访过程中不存在肢体麻木、头晕等症状。结论将单纯主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗应用于累及弓部Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者中获得显著效果,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application and value of simple aortic endovascular exclusion in the Stanford B-type aortic dissection involving the arch.Methods This article retrospectively reviewed and analyzed data from 15 patients with Stanford B-type aortic dissection who participated in the diagnosis between February 2016 and February 2017.All patients underwent simple aortic endovascular exclusion. postoperative recovery.Results There were no serious complications in 15 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection after simple aortic endovascular exclusion.The follow-up revealed that there was no endoleak in the dissection and it was completely closed.There was a good bow. a developing vessel portion;CT angiography review found aorta, about 1 month,when patients and reduce the false lumen thrombus dissection of the phenomenon,about 1 year, when the false lumen in patients disappeared,and no 15 patients during the follow-up There are symptoms such as numbness and dizziness in the limbs.Conclusion The application of simple aortic endovascular exclusion in patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection involving the arch has obtained significant results and is worthy of application.更多还原
