【摘要】 目的观察分析常规治疗结合胺碘酮治疗冠心病患者心律失常的疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月~2017年1月进行治疗的200例冠心病心律失常患者为研究对象,将这200例患者均分为观察A组(n=100)和观察B组(n=100)。对观察A组使用常规方法进行治疗,对观察B组患者使用常规治疗联合胺碘酮进行治疗,治疗周期完成后,对比观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察A组的100例患者中,39例呈显效、38例呈有效、23例无效;观察B组的100例患者中,45例呈显效、52例呈有效、3例无效。分析结果可见观察B组的治疗总有效率(97%)明显高于观察A组的治疗总有效率(77%)。两组对比;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用常规治疗联合胺碘酮共同治疗冠心病心律失常患者的疗效更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of routine therapy combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 200 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups:group A(n=100) and group B(n=100).Group A was treated with routine therapy,group B was treated with routine therapy combined with amiodarone.After the treatment cycle was completed,the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results 39 of 100 patients in group A showed remarkable results.Of the 100 cases in group B,45 cases showed marked effect,52 cases showed effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine therapy combined with amiodarone is more effective in treating patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia.更多还原
