【摘要】 目的调研糖尿病患者及非糖尿病患者在施以白内障手术过后产生黄斑水肿的各类要素。方法抽选2015年5月到2017年5月来本院医治的白内障手术患者72例,将36例糖尿病患者当作试验组,将36例非糖尿病患者当作对照组,并比较调研两组患者手术以前与通过手术过后的CSMT、视力等。结果比较指出了,试验组通过手术过后的CSMT、视力都好于对照组同时(P<0.05)。结论给糖尿病患者施以白内障超声乳化手术过后黄斑水肿的发生率极大,糖尿病视网膜发生病变的严重状况即关键的制约要素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors of macular edema in diabetic and non-diabetic patients after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 72 cataract patients were selected from May 2015 to May 2017,36 patients with diabetes as trial group and 36 patients without diabetes as control group.The CSMTs and visual acuity before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the visual acuity of CSMTs in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification is given to diabetic patients. The incidence of macular edema after surgery is high,and the severity of diabetic retinopathy is a key constraint.更多还原
