【摘要】 目的调查老年心绞痛患者抑郁伴发情况,探索老年心绞痛伴发抑郁的相关因素。方法对邢台市三级医院就诊的老年心绞痛患者进行现况调查,调查老年心绞痛伴发抑郁情况,患者的一般资料,日常生活能力量表(ADL)及社会支持量表(SSRS)。结果老年心绞痛伴发抑郁达到19.12%;居住情况(OR=2.952,P=0.006)、日常活动能力(OR=4.904,P<0.05)及社会支持(OR=0.599,P=0.033)与老年心绞痛伴发抑郁有关。结论抑郁是邢台市三级医院老年心绞痛常见伴发症,独居和日常活动能力下降是老年心绞痛伴发抑郁的危险因素,社会支持度高是老年心绞痛伴发抑郁的保护因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of depression with angina pectoris of elder patients and explore correlative factors.Methods Elderly patients with angina pectoris who saw a doctor in tertiary hospitals of Xingtai were investigated by cross-sectional study.The questionnaire was consist of the prevalence,general information,activity of daily living Scale(ADL) and social support rating scale(SSRS).of elder patients with angina pectoris.Results The incidence of depression with angina pectoris of elder patients was 19.12%.The conditions of living(OR=2.952, P=0.006),activity of daily living(OR=4.904, P<0.05) and social support(OR=0.599, P=0.033) were related to the depression with angina pectoris of elder patients.Conclusion Depression is a common comorbid disease of elderly patients with angina pectoris in tertiary hospitals of Xingtai.The risk factors of depression with angina pectoris of elder patients are solitary and decreased activity of daily living.The protection factor of depression with angina pectoris of elder patients are high social support.更多还原
