【摘要】 目的探讨稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺心病频发房性早搏的疗效。方法选取2013年9月~2015年9月在我院住院及门诊治疗的92例慢性肺心病频发房性早搏患者作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用胺碘酮治疗,观察两组临床症状改善、动态心电图疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床症状改善及动态心电图疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应率2.2%与对照组13.0%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),用药安全性较高。结论稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺心病频发房性早搏疗效显著,且药物副作用少,安全性高,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule on chronic pulmonary heart diseasepatients with frequent atrial premature beats.Methods A total of 92 patients with frequent atrial premature beats were randomized into thecontrol group treated with Amiodarone added to theconventional medicationandthe treatment group treated with Wenxingranule added to theconventional medication. The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was assessed after treatment by the observation ofclinical symptoms、Holter monitor test and adverse reactionsanalysis.Results Less clinical symptoms and better Holter results were observed in the Wenxingranule group.The total rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was 2.2%,while the rate in control group was 13.0%.There were statistical significances in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin granule has a better effect than conventional medication in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with frequent atrial premature beats, and has less adverse reactions.
