【摘要】 目的探讨多种护理访视模式在危重患者护理质量管理中的作用。方法 2017年1月起医院对普通病房危重患者采取多种模式护理访视,即科护士长常规访视、护理部早晚交接班访视、重症监护患者出科访视,通过访视加强危重患者护理质量管理,评价实施效果。结果 2016年1月—12月对住院病危病重患者进行护理访视2 289次,2017年1月—12月对住院病危病重患者进行护理访视2 975次。实施多种访视模式后,危重患者护理质量评分(94. 00±3. 29)分,高于实施前的(88. 30±4. 10)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。实施多种访视模式后,危重患者护理不良事件发生例数较实施前下降(P <0. 05)。结论多种访视模式结合提高了危重患者护理质量,降低了护理不良事件的发生风险,对确保护理安全具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of multiple nursing visit modes in quality control of nursing care for critically ill patients.Methods Since January 2017,the multiple visit modes of bedside nursing were adopted to improve the nursing quality of critically ill patients.The multiple visit modes mainly included regular visits by the head nurse,nursing visits during morning and evening handover and post-clinic visits.Results Totally 2289 times of nursing visits were conducted between January,2016 and December 2016,and this number increased to 2 975 between January 2017 and December 2017.The overall score of nursing quality assessment increased form( 88.30 ± 4.10) points to( 94.00 ± 3.29) points after implementation of multiple nursing visit modes( P < 0.05).There was fewer times of nursing adverse events recorded after implementation of multiple nursing visit modes( P < 0.05).Conclusion The multiple nursing visit modes are effective to improve the quality of nursing care for critically ill patients and reduce the risk of nursing adverse events.更多还原
