【摘要】 目的设计神经内科患者交接班清单并探讨其应用效果。方法根据神经内科患者的特点及交接班中存在的问题,设计神经内科护理交接班清单。2017年9月—12月使用交接班清单对交接班情况进行干预。选取2017年9月—12月收治的患者452例为观察组,2017年5月—7月收治的患者427例为对照组。对比2组基础护理质量、护士对患者病情知晓情况和护理文书质量,评价护士自我效能感。结果观察组基础护理质量、护士对患者病情知晓情况及护理文书质量评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。采用清单进行护理交接班后,护士一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分(3. 46±0. 78)分,高于实施前的(2. 84±0. 96)分(P <0. 01)。结论应用清单进行神经内科护理交接班,能够方便护士掌握患者情况,提高护理质量,增强护士自我效能感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the nursing handover checklist in management of patients in the neurology ward. Methods The nursing handover checklist was designed based on the analysis of potential problems in nursing handover process. A total of 452 patients as the observation group recruited between September,2017 and December,2017 were managed by using selfmade nursing handover checklist. Another 427 patients as the control group recruited between May,2017 and July,2017 were managed by routine nursing handover. The primary nursing quality,awareness of illness condition and quality of nursing records writing were assessed and compared between two groups. The self-efficacy of nurses was evaluated by General Self-Efficacy Scale( GSES). Results The scores of primary nursing quality,awareness of illness condition and quality of nursing records writing were higher in the observation group than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Nurses achieved a higher score of GSE after implementation of nursing handover checklist( 3. 46 ± 0. 78 vs. 2. 84 ± 0. 96,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The nursing handover checklist can familiarize nurses with illness condition of patients and simplify nursing handover process,which in turn could improve the nursing quality and self-efficacy of nurses.更多还原
